Katie brings the depth and diversity of her 35 years of experience as a developer, architect, and cohousing resident to benefit her clients. Coauthor of Cohousing: A Contemporary Approach to Housing Ourselves, the book that introduced cohousing to North America, and more recently, Creating Cohousing: Building Sustainable Communities, Katie co-founded McCamant & Durrett Architects/The CoHousing Company with Charles Durrett. More recently, she started CoHousing Solutions as a development consulting firm to share best practices and systems for successful collaborative development. She works with urban, suburban and rural communities all across North America, helping them define and implement their development strategy and build the professional team they need. She also founded the 500 Communities Program to train other professionals to work in this realm. She lived for 12 years at Doyle Street Cohousing in the San Francisco Bay Area, and now lives at Nevada City Cohousing in the Sierra Foothills.

Michele Bresnick Walsh
Michele is Chair and CEO of Gordon Feinblatt LLC, a position she was elected to effective August 1, 2024. She is the first woman to hold this leadership role. Additionally, Michele is Chair of the firm’s Business Law, Securities and EMERGE practice groups, and a member of the Health Care team. She works with businesses and their owners through all stages of growth, ranging from startup to capital raising to sale. Her practice includes securities law matters, venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. She represents entities raising capital and venture capital entities and private investors making investments. She also works with real estate developers and investors to make sure they comply with the federal and state securities laws, including unregistered broker-dealer issues, when raising equity to help finance real estate projects.

Danielle Stager Zoller
Danielle is Chair of the firm’s Real Estate team and a member in the firm’s Energy & Environment, Health Care, EMERGE, and Business Law practice groups. She represents clients in matters involving the acquisition, sale, financing, construction, leasing, management, and development of commercial and residential real estate. Danielle’s experience includes contract drafting and negotiation; closings and settlements; lease preparation and review for landlords and tenants; title review; loan transactions for lenders and borrowers; construction contracts; real estate covenants and easements; condominium conversions; and matters relating to commercial condominiums, homeowners associations and other common interest ownership projects.
Danielle’s practice also focuses on real estate issues for solar and other energy projects, including due diligence review, title and survey examination, advice on property taxes, controlling interest taxes, and recordation and transfer taxes, and negotiation of solar options, leases, easements and other site control instruments.
